Cancellation and Returns

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we do have strong belief in the quality of our product. In few cases, there may be a delivery of faulty or damaged product which may not be a mistake on our part mostly. We focus on customer happiness and may encourage cancellations and returns of goods ordered on selected cases where there is proof of damage.

For claiming the returns or for other cases of exchange of different size etc, BioSox should be informed within 7 days of the delivery date. The product should be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.There should be no tampering on original tags and packaging.

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered from their original state will not be considered for exchange or return or refund. The credit note will not issued until otherwise the return product is inspected thoroughly by BioSox. The original shipping and handling cost will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. If the replacement is for wrong size ordered, additional freight charges for the new product sent will be charged (Make sure of the size before ordering).
